High cost of dollars

The Federal government of Nigeria has proven to be incompetent enough to supervise the worst drop in the value of the naira. The dollar is selling above 500 naira because of his government is myopic. Monetary policy has become a game of guesswork where the officials don't know their left from their rights. The president may even be refusing good advice on the economy.

High cost of food

Do you know that high cost of food is being causes by the activities of fulani herdsmen. These herdsmen who are always allowed to carry all sorts of arms crisscross through state and local government boundaries looking for green grass , and woe betide you if you dare stop them. Herdsmen have been known to kill, maim and rape the owners of lands in an attempt to chase them away from farmlands so the cows will have free reign to eat grass.
And so the farmers run as they are not allowed to bear arms to fight herdsmen. The result is that farm products, food will be scarce, and the few people who have food will sell them high because of scarcity.

WHAT has this current government done to end the menace of herdsmen or protect farmers? Nothing. Instead they are using the country air force to chase cow rustlers who steal cattle. Isn't that funny?

Electric power

After the oral diorrheer from Fashola that it should take only six months to fix power, we are yet to see any action from him. This once respected governor has become a laughing stock for failing to perform. But the direct consequences of the absence of power is unemployment. Youths now idle away more than ever before as the government keeps blundering about in the darkness.
Companies producing goods have been leaving the country in droves, worsening the situation everyday.

Corruption

The police is now more corrupt in this administration. In the past, some Inspector general will announce the withdrawal of police from the roads. This was under the direction of Goodluck Jonathan. But now, I don't think this current president even has the phone number of his IG. And police extortion has been on the increase daily. Criminals can settle their way through any crime as the forces remind unreformed. Where is the change? The army even openly collect bribes these days. This is very shameful . Customs, immigration and prison warders keep fleecing everyone in sight, road SAFETY officials also collect bribes now more than before. And the president is resting in London!

This country needs to be restructured. Things cannot continue to grow bad like this, the nation will surely implode on it's own if we fail to stop these evil.

Another way the government gets it wrong is by suppressing dissenting voices. The killing of unarmed civilians in this country is too much, many a harmless protest has turned to shooting targets for army men. Why should the government kill unarmed civilians who has every right to voice their displeasure over any issues?

This is very bad.
