The way people reason sometimes baffles me , those saying why didn't they send sms to him , yet they never blame him for not picking and even went on to off his phone, believe even if then sent him sms he will still think it to be from scammers . Conclusion ! Ife na eme ya agbaghi aka ( its not ordinary) .

That makes no sense. They should've waited at least 24 hours before picking someone else. What if the winner is working with a company with no phone call rules during working hours or he was in an important meeting. There are many genuine reasons why he might not have picked that call. So the time they used is choosing someone else was too small..

After borrowing money from different people and he got another job, He stopped picking all his calls. After the phone rings over and over again he'll switch it off. Imagine if an important life changing call had gotten to his phone, he would have missed it then start blaming imaginary village people when no good fortune is coming his way.

That shld be my numb they were calling cause I was calling back the numb with another phone but they cldnt pick, rather kept calling the former numb and the phone had prob and cldnt be picked, but by the time I changed sim to another phone the call stopped coming.
