The workers serve for eight hours daily which is 1/3 of 24hours,and the output of the public service is the base of our economy, those who work for 24 hours depend on that output for their earning(GDP), so the external revenue plus GDP is equall to the GNP which is the national annual Budget!
and don't forget there is holidays, 2days of the weekend, vacation and civil unrest, how can such little time of the small amount of these workers output satisfy the demand of the rest 2/3hours!
Whereas, the Nigeria nation with her population of about 200,000,000 has 105,120,000,000,000 minutes annually!
when converted this in Naira it will besad1.25 x105,120,000,000,000)₦!

...in a simple explation we safe nation by eploiting the time we wasted!
every individual have time but we really have the money all the time, if you calculate the time we wasted by wasting time you will be socked!
if the government issue the "time coupon for the service anybody do for the public service we will safe many life!
also we are confronting with prison congestion, if we let the prisoners serve the same time the civil servants serve the problem is solvesadthe civil servants serve8hrs/day which is 1/3 of 24hrs! let's say a prisoner is sentenced to 20years, if he serve for 1/3 of his time, it will be 6years, 6months and some days!
