Mhmmm. I reserve my comment on most of the lands in that corridor. My concern especially for diasporas buying documents delivering through mail. There are too much power tousle, from past governors to powerful oba's to retired justices and present, powerful military general, with well connected civilians high placed civil servants etc . All have interest and invested heavily mostly in that location.
