Hello everyone,

I am an international student (studying in Russia) currently seeking academic funding for the 2nd year (2017/2018) of my Master program.
I am on a partial scholarship, however, a change in the situation of things has made it difficult for me to pay my tuition fee. I was wondering if there is any organisation (local or international) that caters for peculiar cases such as mine.
I have an excellent academic standing (academic records can be provided on request).
