I Have Knowledge Of Using Htlm And Css Though Learning Php Nw,bt I Really Want 2 Build A School Website Whereby Students Will B Able To Check Their Result Via Scratch Card Or Pin,pls I Really Need Ur Help.

Since u aren't proficient enough to code your students portal..what you should do is use WordPress to handle your front end or code that if you can..then get a client management plugin or script to handle the result checking for you..

Sounds like you need to learn a db scripting lang. MSSQL or MySQL are very popular.

You also need basic programming. Java and PHP are very common languages for these type of project. I am learning them myslef too and hope to be proficient in enterprise app building.
