Especially the ladies; you are simply dating/seeing someone but always choose to use the phrase "in a relationship" because you want to make the whole thing sound and appear very serious and real instead of being perceived as fling or friends with benefit. Yea, you really feel different about this guy but he is like your 4th relationship/boyfriend and you know he won't be your last. Infact, you're already feeling confused about him. Boyfriend, girlfriend, bae, boo etc are not relationship titles. The first relationship title you will have asides from being a sister, cousin, aunt, niece, stepmother to someone, will be Fiancée. So, darling, until you are engaged or betrothed or have signed some sort of legally binding documents, you are just dating. It's not a relationship. Have you bothered to ask yourself or the bae... "What's the binding factor in this relationship?"_ Is it because you guys are having sex and have agreed not to cheat on eachother or because he'd made some other promises to you? Lol. As a matter of fact, you two need to be seeing other people until one person accepts a ring from the other. Stop. Don't subscribe to time wasting, and self deceit. Don't stall your personal development by staying so called faithful, hence, can't hangout with other people all in the name of a relationship that is not a relationship. The worst is when I chat with heartbroken young girls in their early twenties who were cheated by their boyfriends and how they talk about how they thought the "relationship" will lead to marriage. Really? A young Nigerian dude in his twenties is discussing eternal bliss with a 19 year old or early twenties girl just to get her comfortable enough for mutual sexing, etc and the girl automatically sees herself in a wonderful relationship that must have a happy ending. Three months later, or whenever he accidentally leaves his phone unlocked, she will find out via Whatsapp or Facebook that her boyfriend is selling the same eternal bliss dream to several other naive and gullible girls. Seems to me that only the guys truly understand how these things work and have been using that edge against ladies forever.
