Ex Governor of Delta State who was recently released from London jail over Fraud and Money Laundering, finally meets with present Governor of Delta State, Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa at a traditional marriage of one of his former aides. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa who was a former Commissioner of Health under the Ex Governor's administration was all smiles as he shook hands with his predecessor.
