Customer Relations Officer

Job Summary:
Perform service marketing activities to attract potential customers
Manage relationships with existing clients and customers to ensure continued loyalty to the brand

Requirements
Must have relevant experience in the automobile industry
BSc or HND degree from any reputable university
Professional certification in sales and marketing will be preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role


Service Advisor

Job Summary:
Ensure adequate reception of after-sales customers to the service centres
Manage customer appointment bookings and follow-up

Education and Work Experience
Must have relevant experience in the automobile industry
First degree or its equivalent from any reputable university
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
