   Time: 1:30pm-3:00pm 

NOTE:
All graduating students and other guests are expected to be seated at 9:00am. Nobody, including Graduands and their Parents/Guardians, will be admitted into the Convocation Arena after 9:00am. Graduands are not expected to leave the Convocation venue before the end of the ceremony.   Graduating students are to collect their academic robes, order of proceedings, Scroll for Certificate and two Guests’ cards from the University’s Academic Division between 10:00am-2:00pm from Tuesday March 7 - Monday March 13, 2017. 

Graduating students are required to pay the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only into the University’s Remital Account for the hiring of gown. The gowns are expected to be returned on or before Friday, March 17, 2017 and return of gown after March 17, 2017 attracts a penalty of N15,000 each day while failure to return gown attracts payment of N25,000 only.
