Carrot juice is a simple recipe you can make without any problem, some of you might have heard about it before but today am showing simple way to prepare Carrot Juice.

Carrot is a root vegetable which contains Vitamins and Minerals. There are lot of things you can use Carrot for. Carrot can be eating in raw but am showing you how you can make juice from carrot. Without long story, follow the steps below :

Ingredients

2-3 carrots ( gives you one glass cup ).
1 cup of water.
1-2 teaspoons of sugar ( depend on the taste of your carrot ).
A pinch of Salt.
Lemon juice ( if you like ).
