Majority of our people like our so called leaders hate the truth and those who tell them the truth.
One of the problems facing Nigeria as a nation is that 90% of the populace don't even care how they are governed.
For only N200 they will kill for a politician and go naked for a governor that looted the resources that can develop a country like Togo,Chad and Niger
combined together.

The three American ambassadors are telling us that we are going down Economically and now a laughing stock in the community of Nations.
worthy of note is that among those speaking are fellow blacks who want to identify with us as the most populous black nation they can be proud of
based on our prospect and numerous material and human resources. But to their greatest surprise we have turned out to be a great disappointment.
The warning is coming from people who are interested in the affairs and the all round growth of this Nation and not from praise-singers.

The people speaking can estimate how much our leaders are staking away in foreign banks all over the world. They know how much Nigerians pay each
year as visa fees and visa application fees in their bid to visit US and UK which may be close to the annual budget of four West African countries combined.

Now tell me, South African has taken our position as a member of G20 and that didn't bother our Leaders. Economically Socially, politically and otherwise we are been overtaken by Ghana, yet our Leaders don't care.
Let us wait and see. Soon and very soon Ghana will start mining oil in commercially quantity and the American attention will completely shift toGhana then we
shall see how much patrol-dollar we begin to lose.

I am surprised that some people here are talking about war. American is not invading Nigeria for any reason rather those who don't care how they are governed we then care when hunger begins to bit. Then we will fight each other and American will be compassionately moved to bring relief materials.
America is shouting now because they knowthat the refugee problem here because of our population will consume part of their tax payer's money.

So the speech made by the three American Ambassadors are wake-up call, First to the LEADERS, then to the PEOPLE.

Quote from Ezan,
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@manny4life, you really don't know anything do you? And arrogant too? Good thing you're in the US; you'll continue to see the collapse first hand as it unfolds, and you

@Ezan,
Maybe unknown to you, Nigerian Economy is dependent on United States economy.
If US economy goes down, Nigerian economy will go flat on the ground. Why?
Because Nigerian economy depends on oil and US our major buyers. most other developed countries don't buy from us.
Besides the greater part of the world economy depends on united states economy, have you asked why the econmic recess that started in US spread so fast
to other parts of the world?

So when somebody tells you the truth, take it in good fate as it does not call for arguments that doe's not hold water.
The truth has been said, that Nigeria is not as relevant as it use to be in the comity of nations. It is only an ignorant person that will argue with this simple
truth.
All we need to do is to go back to the drawing board for a way forward.
