This is to inform you of a new directive from Lagos State Government which states that effective 1st of April 2017, the fee for survey plan around Ibeju-Lekki will go up to #300,000 as against the existing #150,000. Please note that it takes 2weeks for survey plan to be processed...
Imagine the sudden increment...Same also applies to the land...
