I need those that have information or had benefitted from the PTDF to help me answer this question.
I have a Masters degree and I intend to apply for PhD scholarship under PTDF and I dont have an admission letter from any school yet. Please what should I do? Should I go ahead and apply.

@ X-2-X, Thank you for the link. I appreaciate. However I was going through PTDF website yesterday and I read that Univation is no longer in charge of the PTDF OSS. Thier contract has been terminated. So I wonder if I will get a correct infomation from them. Anyway, I have already sent them a mail.

you need to have an admission letter. To have the letter means you have a research topic.it's clearly stated on their website.

With respect to your post, do you mean that by 'admission letter' they are refering to 'Research topic'? Please explain as I want to be properly informed before I fill the form.
