I believe 99% of Nigerians you ask this question
will go for the former. I can also bet that they
will be at a loss as to why one "in his right
senses" will ask such a question.
I remember attending a seminar in school last
year, where one Mr. Smart Alozie spoke at length
about our damning educational system. He
outlined that the negatives greatly surpass the
positives. I remember him saying;"I have come
to annoy students",he had said this to prompt us
towards positive awakening of our inner

school, you learn lots of things,in theory and
practical. But what I really despise about school
is the pressure they put on you,the degree of
urgency they give to everything and their
(officials) incredible show of lack of direction.
Before I stray, lemme go back and address the
difference between school and education. In
school you are trained to be "proficient" in a
certain field, therefore, you only get partial or
unbalanced education. But education itself like I
mentioned before,is an all-round ... read more @ www.sundayjoe.com/2017/03/schools-in-nigeria-blessing-or-curse.html?m=1
