My car is not starting, my mechanic is suggesting fuel pump. So we took the fuel pump for a diagnostic test and it came up 60/100. Please should I change following all I told u?

I'm a car enthusiast. I don't understand the test result above but I'll advise you scan your car if it's OBD compliant. What is the make & model of your car?
