Lagos— A 40-year-old man, Oluwaseyi Owoeye, who allegedly lodged in a hotel and refused to defray N1.7 million accumulated bills, was, yesterday, charged before an Igbosere magistrate’s court in Lagos.
The prosecutor, Inspector Ingobo Emby, told the court that the defendant committed the alleged offence between November 2013 and March 2014.
He said that the defendant unlawfully lodged in Dover Hotel, located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, in Eti-Osa Local Government Area and accumulated bills to the tune of N1.7 million and........
