Have you ever heard of the Phrase "proved beyond reasonable doubt"? If that were to be the case, i believe the Suleiman would have been in prison by now.. My take is that the case should go to court for the law to decide. Meanwhile Stephine Otobo passport should be seized for the mean time, just as a precautionary measure to prevent her jumping bail.
