i believe it due to your internet protocol(i.p) sometimes.
it also has to do with da site u r opening, i tested this on multilinks while using two laptops, one running on efbt, d oda on paid and opened western union site on both at a time, da efbt opened faster all because it aint a 9ja ip i guess

I posted screenies of a 1&4mbps shot i clocked on Torpedo. I've NEVER downloaded and i challenge ANYBODY who's downloaded with speeds of 3mbps on MTN,GLO or Zain 'PAID' service to come forth with their shot.
Yet MTN preach crap about their 7.2mbps connection?
