To ensure customers are sitted at the waiting area and promptly attended to by the relevant staff, pick all customer enquiries by phone, online and at the office and make sure they are directed to the appropriate quarters and customers get feedback promptly to support turning enquiry into sales. Coordinate event management for the firm.
