Now that Buhari is back, looks like that whole plan would be dead on arrival.

Ease of doing business cannot improve with Buhari because his mindset is not just 1983 but it's also terribly anti business almost tending towards socialism.

If Buhari would allow Osibanjo continue handling the economy with any influence from him, then maybe there'll be some hope.
