Homosexuality has been around for…well, pretty much for as long as we have. Also, human sexuality evolved along with humans, so it’s not like homosexuality just appeared someday out of the blue.
That said, there could indeed have been a moment in time when the first female homo sapiens initiated sexual acts with another female. This ‘first’ lesbian likely lived in Ethiopia. I’d say it’s impossible to find out anything else about her, but if you like, we could call her Michele.
