I attended the Holy Ghost congress on Friday and was greeted by the 'sound of the rushing trumpeting Elephants' . This is a fond expression used by South Africans to describe the Vuvuzela. I was pissed off at the thought that Nigerians not only imported this vuvuzela to our country and drowned the voice of our supporters' club during the U 17 world cup, they also had the guts to almost drown the voice of the speakers/singers. Is this act really right? Is it wrong to be angry at this people. I want to know if my feelings were justified. What do you think?
