BB help us to understand how to live and tolerate others no matter their flaws. It is not as bad as most people see it as immoral. There may not be a kiss in BB in a whole week while in Telemundo kisses take place nearly every 10minute and Nigerians enjoy it without considering the immoral part of it. 1 Like |

Back then, I'd give two f*cks and start explaining what BBN is all about to these fake moralists and knuckle heads. These days, I just tell them if you want to know what BBN is all about, watch the show and decide for yourself! Take your condescending questions and shove them in your behind! I owe no one any explanations If you don't like it biko, change the channel and watch something else out of the over 100 channels available. 7 Likes |

hoodmenconcept:You are not a wide person at all. Why are you not wise? Because when asking a question like this, you have to be neutral, but you have already taken a side by calling it a nonsense show. If you are now calling it a nonsense show, why are you asking us for the main purpose? 7 Likes |

XtraTochi: Please what talent are they showing oooooo how to have sex ? you don't have a point... many talented and gifted students are there, wasting their talented gifts from God, while you are there, wasting millions of naira on one nonsense entertainment shows. I am presently studying in south africa, there are many scholarships for south african but none for Nigerian and we have many best of the best students here in south africa and all over the world, no encouragement, the other foreign nationals that know the value of the talented students gave them hospitality and support and make them benefit to their country while you are there wasting resources on nonsense stuff. 20% of south african university lectures are nigerian, they are making impacts to the economic growth of the country because nigeria doesn't know their value, so they will rather go to where they are have been cherished. |

Mynd44:your position is embarrassingly uncorrelated! Football is a game played for 90minutes and it's a professional activity. Big brother naija is a worthless, uncommon invention where adults are forced to act in isolatated condition. It is like putting humans in an isolated social laboratory for months and watch them gradually lose their normal inhibitions and become conditioned by their captors to act in manners they will naturally abhor. (organisers) It's a psychological war of behavioural restriction where the captors act out in response to little or no choice. BBN is an unscripted acting forced on the electronic viewership with cable TV. I wonder why they won't make it in DVDs and sell so we can see how many people will buy. I think it's a shame on you promoting this idle activity that encourages laziness, gossip, unproductivity and make the youth to aspire for cheap fame and notoriety. 2 Likes |

Mynd44:when has nudity and sexual practises be a moral acts? Its totally unafrican. The lust and desire to satisfy sexual pleasure and borrowed culture has further brought the rich African culture to its ridiculed state. Football is purely an entertainment irrespective of your age. Obviously you can watch BBN with your little daughter/sisiter satisfy your sexual urge. |

hoodmenconcept: The Nigerian TV airwaves is being controlled by foreigners, and they decide what aires of our TVs. As for the purpose of big brother Naija, it's one of the very many western schemes to engineer the minds of Africans to think like simpletons- unable to think critically at a problem and solve it. Watching such programs would reduce your IQ and that's exactly why it was created for Nigerians and Africans at large. They've figured out that reducing the IQ of black people is the only way to keep us forever subdued. In a country like China or Russia, such TV program would be blocked cause it's a disaster to the public. 2 Likes |

hadaydhollarpo:please explain d African culture.... FYI, oyibo brought xtainity and d Arab brought Islam, thats where most African new cultural heritage is carved out..... African people have always killed each other, oppressed and enslave and had sex slaves before the whites came...read the book of negroes.... the show can't really influence an adult, cos nothing too influencing there.. unless u r a teenager and d show is not meant for u, just like beer, gambling etc 2 Likes |

Mynd44: I thought you are more well-rounded and exposed that this, heck I'm disappointed!! Like seriously? How would you compare football and BBN? How on earth are they similar? EPL, La Liga are official sporting competitions regulated by well constituted administrative bodies and associations, what is BBN please? What correlates both? Also, the OP was asking for the "main purpose" of the show, can you tell me the main purpose of this show? With the things exhibited on the show, would you love for your daughter to be on such a show and you watch the immoral stuff she engages in which the whole world is seeing as well? I have no issue with BBN, I sometimes watch it myself when I have free TV time to spare for them, but to juxtapose the act of bashing BBN and a football competition in the same sentence is beyond me, truly it is! 8 Likes 1 Share |
