That's not true, except you include the number in your spam list, it will always ring out. What truecaller would only do is inform you of the number of people that have reported the number as spam, it is now left for you to either block it or not.
Stop spreading false info, it is not good for your health

This is a landline number of unilever Agbara used in d factory, which can be used by d HR, but u can never call it back because it will not go through, try call dese numbers .................... to explain u missed a call from so so so so maybe u can be lucky... Regards

Coldplay007, I don't know the version of truecaller that you are using but the one I use still rings out even when it has been reported as spam by a lot of people. The only numbers that don't ring out are the ones I mark as spam.

both of u are correct, if u block all spam call, it will never ring out, it only ring out when the spam call is not blocked
