The UNFCCC is strengthening its capacity to support the clean development mechanism (CDM) and joint implementation (JI), the two project-based mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol. The UNFCCC expects to advertise more than 20 positions on its website in the three months to the end of February 2007.
