The large number of illiterates in the state is another problem that is hindering the state's progress. I schooled in Ibadan and I know the city can become the commercial capital of Nigeria, with entrepreneurs who are looking to avoid the high rents and rowdiness of Lagos moving there. Akala does not have the intellectual capacity to take the state to greater heights. Cheers.
