Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) --- Lagos state government parastatal so it makes sense that people would link it to the governor. The Governor is the responsible for whatever those under him do. That applies anywhere you have government, and also in Lagos.

As a strong advocate for the environment, I welcome any attempt to sanitize lagos. My only concern is the motive behind this 'intervention.' I hpe is not just about collecting money from the 'poor' man of God and harrasing him. Even at that Pastor Chris should continue to be a shining example to Nigerians by ensuring that all his properties are managed in accordance with the law. Nigerians should learn to respect Nigerians laws.
