This is a different epaulet to the one he wore, this one is worn on the light blue over dark blue uniform, here u look at the white bar not the dark patches, the epaulet he wore is worn on ceremonial and the deep blue NAF SVC uniforms...To understand the ranks of air Force better, check that of the Navy but in the case of Air force u remove the loop on the naval ranks. Tanx
