A costume could be what is worn to disguise, a fancy garments or an accessories. As it is I will be taking you all on how I made my own beaded costume necklace these can be worn on any outfit or your choice made with any colour of your choice.
Just a brief history of how costume came into being in existence' far back in the 18th century where the educated and the wealthy women introduced and enlighten others on a new fashion, which they took over the salons and cafes and became trends ever since'
