karma they said is a b,itch

am among those people that use to take e-fight to any body that bad mouth diamond bank customer care

the bad service and etc

today I hope they gave me the taste of my own medicine


imagine me oooo

I want to pay for two items on Jumia

via jumiapay

I was debit 11k and and the payment was not successful

so I contacted the Jumia customer care the first guy was sharp and friendly after like 4days he wrote me back that he will upgrade the issue to tier 2 or some thing like that .

bom! to the tier 2 and the guy assigned to assist me did his work Very well

after he called me and said I should go to my bank and fill the dispense error form

my first time of hearing such


as a fast guy i enter nl and search for dispense error form o my gosh

all the bad experiences are all from diamond bank PLC

I checked the year of the post and it was 2015-2016

I said to myself we are in 2017

i can't have such experience


so today i entered my bank
diamond bank

I went to a lady I saw beside the cc and she is a staff there and explain things to her she directed me to the operator manager

I waited like 30minutes before the young man could have my time I explain things to him he directed me to a woman I guess the customer care this time I approached her

greet her

good afternoon ma

am here for dispense error form

and she gave me the can't you see am busy with other people look

so I maintain my cool after like 25mins

she was done with the lady she was attending to

now it is my turn

and I greeted the woman again

good afternoon ma

I need the dispense error form

she didn't utter a word

I repeated again madam I came for the dispense error form I got debited for over two for a service which did not go through

behold the woman keep mute as if I was talking to a ghost the lady I met earlier even noticed

I waited like 10minutes there and another customer came and the customer didn't even greet her sef

and requested from her to check his account balance for him

and behold this woman asked him for his account number


I can't stand this shit anymore
I left the banking hall and went to another branch


am still there now

I can't just understand why a big bank like diamond bank will only have one customer care representative to serve over thousands customers at there branches


the customer care guy here you can see it from his eyes am tired please get me a second here

U do mistake sha b4 leaving you should have created a scene and let the BM come out to attend to you, you for shout on her

Lol,OP u r welcomed to the club.The last time I had similar experience and posted my view about diamond bank on this same forum,someone almost gave me an E_slap for defaming his favourite bank.There's nothing Worth emulating about that bank.Even the yeye promo they are advertising is rubbish.Two years ago,they came up with dis BETA account promo(savings account)for students and also small scale biz ent.After saving for almost a year,I lost my ATM card,and wanted to place an order for a new one.that was how they wasted my time and I decided to withdraw from the counter since I needed money to attend to some pressing issues.All of a sudden,they said they can't access my account blablabla that I shld come d next day.That was how I spent almost a week just to collect my money.Na so I jejely close my account o.

I just did a topic now and so yours on their fast declining customers service

Its terrible some of their staff are even confrontational ....what rubbish are they doing us a favour?

the worst part is that I lost the 11k to diamond and jumia

and both are using me for childs play

jumia is pointing fingers at Diamond and same to Diamond

I just forget the 11k and stop buying from jumia for now if I need any item onitsha main market is not far from my area

I have an access beta account. The lady who opened it for me doesn't want me to withdraw my money. Now I have relocated. Can I withdraw it over the counter at any branch?

My dear go to their customer care unit and complain o. They will eventually respond but it will take time. Also I was told that better account no longer existed as at the time.
