A careful study of the picture in original post is enough for any intelligent person to know that herdmen might not be the actual perpetrators of this evil.

I bet you, no arrest will be made but as soon as there is reprisal attack, the people of the community will be arrested. Wake up southerners and stop these demons in human flesh.

Every community should have heavily armed vigilantes. The police has failed to protect lives of innocent citizens.
