what are the chances of a stammarer during interview. even thou, the person is intelligent and have something upstairs but his/her major undoing is stammaring. what can such person do?

I stammare too. That is why I talk extra fast, coupled with the fact I learn diction.

So interviewers think I speak foreign accent. So you have to develop a speaking format that enables you eliminate the stammering!!
