A. REQUIREMENT FOR PRE-SCREENING OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
1. 1 set of sealed and stamped architectural drawing
2. 1 set of sealed and stamped structural drawing
3. 1 copy of survey plan

B. IMPORTANT INFORMATION’S THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED IN THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING
 Survey plan
 Site location map indicating subject plan
 Indicate street name on the access road if any
 Site analysis should include
• Total area of site
• Area of building
• Percentage of built up area
• Area of unbuilt space
• Number of floors
• Total landscaped area
• Total area of floor
• Number of units
• Number of parking space
• Area of each floor/total
 the site boundary must be open-up and indicate entrance gate symbol
 Provide practicable parking spaces
 Car must not be Reversing directly to the main road
 Overall dimension (L x B) of the proposed block plan must be indicated
 Mid-landing must be provided on the staircase
 Indicate gridlines/section line on the floor/roof plan
 Minimum of two sectional drawings (cross and longitudinal) required with annotations
 Floor plan should be properly dimension (both internal and external)
 Roof member should be properly labeled
 All rooms must be cross ventilated
 All rooms and spaces must be well dimensioned
 Indicate the height of the building on the sectional drawing
 Affix ARCON stamp and seal

C. REQUIREMENT FOR APPROVAL PROCESSING
The following are the requirements which must be submitted for approval processing.
1. Proof of Land Ownership/Title Document (CTC)/ Clearance Letter
2. Copy of Sun Printed Survey Plan (Beacon Sheet, In Case Of Scheme)
3. 4sets of corrected Stamped and Sealed Architectural Drawings
4. 4Sets of corrected Stamped and Sealed Structural Drawings with Calculation Sheet
5. 4Set s of Mechanical and Electronic Drawings (For Commercial, Office, Residential Above 4 Floors)
6. Current Income Tax Clearance Certificate
7. Current Special Development Levy Receipt
8. 3 Different Photographs of Site with Current Date
9. 1 set of sealed soil test report for developments above 2 floors
10. Client will be required to sign attestation form ones assessment fee has been payed to Lagos state government see page 5 of application form from Lagos state
11. Client phone number and current address is required as seen on page 2 of the Application form from Lagos state.
