About ten people were killed and others were injured on Monday in an explosion in the metro city of St. Petersburg, Russia, while the authorities announced that it has opened an investigation into a "terrorist act".


The Commission said in a statement Russian investigation "investigation was opened about + terrorist act '", adding that investigators would discuss "all other possible hypotheses."

President Vladimir Putin said, "We are still studying all the possibilities certainly: accidental and criminal and above all work with a terrorist nature."
