Yesterday, HTC U leaked in an alleged render, showing some interesting design details about the upcoming flagship. Now, the phone’s specs surfaced in a new report, revealing that HTC packed top-of-the-line components in the new device.

HTC’s upcoming U flagship, codenamed Ocean, will feature Edge Sensors, also known as Sense Touch technology. Basically, the feature will allow users to squeeze the phone’s sides lightly or strongly in order to trigger actions.

The smartphone will come with multiple sensitivity settings to prevent accidental triggers. Edge Sensors will help users launch Google Assistant, the camera, HTC’s Sense Companion or turn on the WiFi hotspot.
