Few days ago it was reported that Federal University Oye-Ekiti TECHNOLOGISTS protested the suspension of their Occupational Hazard Allowance for just no reason (This is an allowance that has been payed close to three years running). Hence they gave the management notice of down tooling starting from today. Fast forward to today, about 1000 students of 100 level are writing CHM 101 exams and the TECHNOLOGISTS decided to have their laboratories under lock and key and the school decided to go ahead to proof a point to the striking TECHNOLOGISTS that they can't do anything hence they decided to conduct exams under these conditions as reflected in the attached photos. Shouldn't the Ministry of Education be asking some important questions from the VC FUOYE and the council. More pictures to follow soon as this is happening right now.
