Responsibilities:
The graduate trainee programme will feature intensive training and development initiative, covering both technical and managerial competencies.
Our integrated global network of Engineering, Oil and Energy services, Project Management, Manufacturing, Research & Development and service facilities, we are working with our customers to meet their needs for the timely supply of high performance products in increasingly complex operating environments.
The training will be based on the client's core business areas and will be delivered through exposures to practical field operations, special projects, class sessions, and coaching & mentoring.
Successful trainees will be absorbed into the mainstreams of the company's business and will form an integral part of the future technical and managerial talent pool of Lambert Holding.


Candidate Requirements
Qualification:

HND/BSc in Engineering, Sciences, Administration, Geology , Humanities or any related courses.
Committed to delivering a timely and professional service to clients.
Good house keeping standards.
Knowledge and adherence to satisfy rules and regulations.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated by a huge desire to succeed
A forward-thinking attitude - get excited by trying new things and seeing opportunities
Ability to plan tasks, prioritize and find solutions
Strong, resilient and calm under pressure
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence others
No skill and experience is required as adequate training will be given to all qualified applicants.
