The wave of sack within Nigerian banks since last month has been disturbing. Some of us don't just understand why it is like that. Pls Confirm if you have being sacked by any Bank and tell us the reason they gave for sacking you. Let nairalanders be informed, we want to know. Cheers. |

Yes , I was also sacked by Intercontinental bank. it was so clear that no stipulated criteria was employed in carrying out this mass sack,It could not have been performance because I have already surpassed my target as a marketer and I dont have any previous disciplinary record. It was just unfair. I have decided to forge ahead with my life as they will one day come to beg me for deposit, It is well! |
