We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects.

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering/ IT
• Proven working experience as a Project Administrator in the Information Technology (IT) sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Project Management Tools.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification or other IT related certifications


Job Description

 Work with service management (Sales/IT/Operations/Finance) team to gather and clarify business requirements with customers to understand the business needs/ project deliverables.
 Take ownership of projects from commencement to delivery i.e. develop project plans, manage issues & risks, contribute to issue resolution, change requests, allocate resources to accomplish project tasks, and maintain control over the projects.
 Track and report project portfolio performance i.e. providing real-time, comprehensive and, prioritized views of all projects to stakeholders.
 Identifying value drivers & key milestones associated with projects and ensure they are signed-off by key stakeholders
 Participating in reviews and post-go live analysis to identify, recommend and implement future process improvements
 Post Go-Live - Working with support teams to ensure that customers get adequate support and ensure proper communication to drive satisfaction and usage
 Prepare transition methodologies to switch from project to operations
