personally I'll advice you to go for Auchi polytechnic, the institution is popular as compared to pti and also is a federal institutions, you won't have problems feeling job applications. pti on the other hand is a petroleum training institut, that's if you wish to work in petroleum industry, the certificate will of advantage over A.p and they have up to date electrical equipment as compared to A.p, that doesn't mean A.p don't have good equipment..

so it depends on what you want..
