Emmanuel Nwude is said to have sold a fake airport to an International Bank, cashing out with about $242 million. Emmanuel Nwude is a Nigerian notable advance-fee fraud artist and former Director of Union Bank of Nigeria He is most famous for successfully defrauding a Brazilian man, Nelson Sakaguchi, a Director at Brazil's Banco Noroeste based in São Paulo, of $242 million, $191 million in cash and the remainder in the form of outstanding interest, between 1995 and 1998. the PDP led government headed by obasanjo defrauded him of all the money by confiscation all his cash at union bank and some other banks, his mega properties in lagos, abuja and port harcourt were seized and auctioned off to PDP stalwarts - despite the fact that he almost single handedly sponsored obasanjo's second term bid - which they made sure was kept secret from the press. as if the PDP government scamming him of all his money and asset is not enough punishment, they still send him on 5 years imprisonment without an option of fine.
