the instruction says "proceed to PGS for verification". Please make sure you adhere to this instruction before doing anything online.

All of those mails are just adverts from those cafe. As it regards the verification and the registration i cant say anything but will try and get back to you as soon as a colleague of mine that went there today returns.

I heard that Fut Minna doesn't accept statement of result.

The first step Is to go to the school of Post Graduate studies in Bosso, after the verification of documents you will be asked to proceed to the micro finance to pay the sum of #6000 after which you will be given a pin which grant you access to the portal for registration and payment.
