Mondays and Wednesday have been declared across across the country by President Buhari for dresses made in Nigeria . The declaration was contained in a letter dated 4th April, 2017, addressed to the Executive Secretary of National Institute for Cultural Orientation (NICO), Barclays Foubiri Ayakoroma, through the Federal Ministry of Information & Culture.
