Hi all teches in the house.

Please, I hard that there is one software now (drivers back-up software) that this software has now remove the headache of one starting to look for system drivers (I mean, driver for your system Display, Sound, LAN, Wireless, e.t.c) after formatting the system.

I want anyone in the house that has already aware of this information to please contribute and shade more light on this. I mean the real name of this software and steps on how one can use this software to back-up ones system drivers before formatting the system.

Download Driver Genius its an excellent backup of all your drivers, goodluck.

the file is about 3.5mb
drop your email and optionally you may tell me what file sharing site you want me to upload to. By default i'm putting it on rapidshare.


P.S: I dont guarantee I will provide support on how to use the app. Its pretty str8 forward in my opinion, but if you still got issues, you'll have to google your way through.

You can alternatively copy your SWsetup Folder located in the C:\ just in case.It contains all your drivers and you can always use them incase you have to restore your system.

@ OP try Drivermax or RadarSync. . .used to be free but now a try/buy software, sowwy  sad  Peace!

Double N:

true but i've seen that folder only in an HP machine and not on other brands like Dell, Acer, Toshiba, and so on. 

if OP's machine is an HP then he's in luck but if not, he might have to use a third party software like the ones some have posted on here.  Peace!
