Marketing Executives
Paxo Pharmaceutical Limited is a leading distribution and marketing organization that deals with health and beauty products; we act as suppliers to a wide range of supermarkets, pharmacy, dental and departmental stores in Nigeria and intend to go around Africa. We are recruiting Independent Marketing Executives for Ibadan, Oshogbo, Akure, Ilorin, and Port Harcourt who are ready to market our products to Stores in their Location.

Competency/Skill/Requirements
• Minimum of HND/BSc in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience
• Proven and verifiable track record of success.
Personal traits:
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
• A positive, confident and determined approach.
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.

Job Description

• Gathering information as regards customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• Works closely with the Head of Sales and update regularly
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
• Conducts research of activities taking place in other places with similar products and services.
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Establish and maintain current clients and potential client’s relationship.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contract
