Ok this one is what we call ugbu or ukpaka and is black bean seed thats converted to tasty snack ok Ukpaka Cinnamon and paprika Ogiri okpei Tomato ketchup What you do is grind the okpei, put ketchup in a bowl, mix it w/ ukpaka, den put paprika, Cinnamon till is incorporated ok. Heat if up on a stove if you will want it warm serve with rice, palm oil or (my fave) ukwa |
