Dear EFCC
The "discovered" $ are new, bundled and clearly a batch...They thus have recurring serial numbers..... $ Cash in that condition and quantity is usually airfreighted, thus recorded.
Write to the US Mint, Secret Service and Treasury, indicate the serial numbers....the US authorities will tell you
1. When that cash was printed in America.....
2. When that cash was physically airfreghted to Nigeria.
3. When the Nigerian entity accepted the cash.
4. Which Nigerian entity accepted that cash, Bank etc
You can from this actions discover if the cash went to CBN, a private entity or was simply smuggled into the country.
From there its easier ....this is a first step.......

This is damn right.. Until they are extremely sure of fighting corruption in the most sensible way their fights will always be thrown away in the law courts

Lol

Too much movies

Believe it or not serial numbers can only tell you which mint, when and which back took the delivery of that batch once it's gotten to bank, trust me it can't be traced

And to think all those monies was aircargoed once

Your weed must be made in China
