Good day

I had a agreement with a lawyer that claims to propagate due process in Nigeria to help me write a demand notice and the agreement was for him to write and send the letter by March 29, 2017 after I had paid him 300k in full by March 23rd. On the day he was to send it, he didn't and kept telling me stories which was reducing my changing of getting what I contracted him to do for me.

By April 10, he still hasn't sent it so I terminated the contract and asked for a refund. He then told me the unearned part of the money was only 8k out of 300k for a letter he never bothered to work on after delaying me for 2weeks without any reasonable explaination because the use the balance to write the letter when he didn't even know the address of the receipent (he deleted the email that contained the brief and address of the recepient).

Please is there a body in Nigeria within the MBA that can help me investigate this matter because I cannot afford to lose my money just like that.

Yes you can. But what was so difficult in him issuing a demand notice that it took up to 2 weeks?
