Oga gazzuzz!! My Lexus es350 steering vibrates anytime I reach the 100kmh mark, secondly it keeps beeping oil maintenance required on the dashboard and I have changed all fluids and top the ones that are low. Lastly the VSC LIGHTS is on as well!!! What can be done sir to correct all the aforementioned problems.

Yes, the 1st time, I changed both the Alternator and the battery but yesterday was only the Alternator

drain and refil transmission oil with toyota W.S if transmission oil is dirty.

If clean ignore it.

@GAZZUZ, I have this Honda city I have to change the gearbox. The problem is at Oyingbo and Ladipo, I was told by some of the dealers that its best I buy complete engine and gearbox because they don't want to sell the gearbox alone and that if I buy the gearbox alone, it won't work.
But some dealers have advised that I can buy the gearbox but it more than half of the price for both engine and gearbox (complete engine and gearbox 140k while gearbox alone is 90 to 100k).

But my engine has never given me any problem for the past 10 years the car has been in the family, nothing except the occasional change of sparkplug coils and AC problems.

I asked them to buy my engine and they said 25k. Right now, am confused. I need a professional advice, has anybody changed gearbox of Honda city and it worked well?

best to buy engine and gear as a unit. The gearbox is very sensitive and if it does not work you can easily return the entire unit and get another. Ensure you get a written Guarantee not warrantee on a receipt before parting with money.

P.S if you change transmission oil with honda C.V.T oil every 40,000km your gear will last forever.
